Who are we

Make IT For Africa (MIFA) is a non-profit and community-based women and youth serving organisation based in the North West Region of Cameroon created in 2008 with its main effort to support sustainable development programmes on a broad and diverse perspective with the core element of its intervention strategies.

Our mission

Our aim is to support the less privileged, vulnerable people impacting more on the youths, bringing them closer to current social development, better training and education to enhance productivity and sustainable development.

Our Vision

Addressing challenges faced by high potential but disadvantaged communities in order to improve access to digital opportunities, international exams, education, employment, health, and leadership opportunities for better future.

We work in close collaboration with the British Council to ensure our candidates get the best services in their experience with us.

  • To empower women and girls through ICT skills building programmes
  • To Expand opportunities for underprivileged youths by identifying international opportunities concerning education which increases their growth and development.
  • To encourage vocational training and create opportunities for sustainable wealth.
  • To encourage and popularise mentoring and voluntary work.
  • To present the interest of the organisation’s members to the local administration and authorities, international organisations and NGO.
  • To enhance agricultural development and expanding market skills initiatives.
